Kaoutar was the most amazing fixer/concierge; so helpful and sorted everything with no fuss ( trip to Atlas Mountain, shopping recommendations; assistance with Arabic etc ) Pancake breakfast on the peaceful sun terrace was delicious. The Hammam and scrub was incredible, a real treat to be pampered and a great experience. My skin felt like new.
